| Job Description: |
Special groups docents work with the pre-arranged group tours who visit Historic Christ Church throughout the year. Special groups docents wear costumes and perform the same general duties as regular docents: they welcome visitors and provide tours of the church, adapting their presentations to meet the visitors’ interests, expectations, and time restrictions. |
| Time Commitment: |
On a "needs" basis throughout the year as determined by group tour scheduling. |
| Desired Qualifications: |
- Enjoy working with people
- Enjoy wearing eighteenth-century style clothing
- Organization, dependability, punctuality, and flexibility
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and interacting freely with them
- Enjoyment of learning about history and period costumes
